Optomi, in partnership with a national automotive services and membership organization, is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Techno-Functional Analyst to support the administration, optimization, and continued enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning. This role will serve as a system owner and technical subject matter expert, partnering closely with FP&A, Finance, HR, IT, architecture, and project leadership to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Own the administration and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning, including user roles, permissions, security models, and system settings.
• Design, configure, and maintain models, sheets, levels, dimensions, hierarchies, and other Adaptive Planning components.
• Support and optimize reporting within Adaptive Planning, including OfficeConnect and HTML reports.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and/or Prism.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for complex Adaptive Planning issues, including integration errors, data load failures, performance concerns, and system defects.
• Support governance, data integrity, security, and scalability across the Adaptive Planning environment.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, improve adoption, and support ongoing system optimization.
Experience:
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM integrations.
• Strong technical aptitude with system configuration, platform administration, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working with FP&A, Finance, HR, IT, and technical architecture teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with security models, permissions, governance frameworks, Workday Prism, Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus.
